HPF's machining centre is fully equipped to offer precision engineering solutions including special piping components. We utilise the latest CNC production machinery to convert our extensive stocks of raw forgings or modify existing stocks to each customer's specific requirements.

This is complemented by our range of in-house testing performed by qualified PCN/ASNT level operators which includes:

  • Magnetic particle examination
  • Chemical analysis
  • Spectrotest JR
  • Ultrasonic thickness metering utilising Sonagauge II 5MHs transducers
  • Dye penetrant testing
